ROK Bioconsulting has compiled a database of the composition of over 200 commercially available biological additives from a cross section of manufacturers.
The database can be used for a number of applications:
- Selection & DOE based optimization of biological additives in media and feeds for mammalian cell culture and microbial fermentation.
- Prediction of additive effect on culture performance , productivity and product quality.
- Evaluation of biological additive lot to lot variability and impact on culture performance , productivity and product quality.
- Identification of secondary suppliers.
